All bridal appointments are subject to a reschedule fee of $25. Marshall Bridal provides 1:1 service for all appointments. After you submit the appointment form, we will contact you to schedule and confirm. If you miss your appointment with no communication/no show the fee may apply to reschedule.  15mins after scheduled appointment time is considered a missed appointment. 

As we are an appointment basis store we do welcome walk-ins when time is available and will be posted at the front door. Please note that the store is ran by 1 person and 1 dressing room available. Appointments are recommended. 

Bringing guests with you is welcomed and encouraged. Marshall Bridal has a limit of 6 guests. Due to being a smaller store, space is limited.  

 

Marshall Bridal does hold a no shoe policy. We do provide booties and shoe coverings located at the front door.

We have off rack purchase options, and we want ensure the dresses are as clean as possible.  

 

No food allowed. Drinks are allowed with a spill proof lid. Bringing a drink is recommended.
